Hello

Wonder if anyone can help me

Currently we use Lotus approach as a ticketting system.

One of the screens we have can show all tickets we have raised that day.

We would like to have this screen automatically refreshing or showing live data. (so that it shows the latest updates from other screens)

Does anyone know how to do this or have any suggestions?

Thanks

You can use a script to refresh the screen in that applicaton. The Sleep function lets you tell the script to pause a number of seconds. Then you can use SendKeys to send Ctrl+R to the screen. Loop the script. The only problem is that you will need to cancel the script using the Windows task manager!
