Automatic saving of attachments

Hi, i use Mozilla Firefox for sending/recieving emails. Please can someone tell me if it is possible to do the following...

I want to be able to send an email with an *.nzb file attached from work to my home email account, as soon as it is recieved at home i want my email client to automatically save the nzb file to a location on my hdd where newzleecher can pick it up to process. I want all other attachments to be igored.

Can anyone advise?
