Automatic running of Windows Updates

Hi there,

I recently heard that you can automate Windows Updates on your network (instead of going to each machine and going to the Windows Updates website)via SMS...is this an easy thing to do? We have about 20 workstations here that all need updating every 2 weeks, some are W2K and some are XP.

Any help would be appreciated.
