Some users are complaining that they cannot make long distance calls. They either get dead air or hear this message: cannot complete number that's dialed. Since this is an intermittent problem, can this be caused by too much traffic over to few a lines? This is a single building with 2 Merlin Magixs connected together via a simulated T1.
