Automatic Roaming Client Install

"The easiest way to roll out the server list file during installation is to use a ToNAV folder. By creating a folder named ToNAV in the installation source files directory and putting the server list file into it, the installation process will automatically roll out the contents of the ToNAV folder into the folder where AV is installed on the client."

So how do you auto install the SAVRoam service through system center?
