Automatic Return Receipt?

Is there a way to Set R6 to Automatic do a return receipt for each mail, instead of manually doing it for each message?

The only possibility is to modify the Memo form to include a ReturnReceipt text field and set it to "1" automatically.
With the Designer, this is not a problem.

Thanks for the info, but changing the mail tempete is not an option here. What about creating a rule?

Why can't you change the template? You would just have to set the "new" template to the default for mail memos.

If R6 is like R5..

While composing a mem0, click on the Delivery Options. Choose your Return Receipt. In the lower left, there should be a "save these security options as the default".

The memo field is not controled at this location so we can't modify it. We want to keep the all the users the same

Mike, The Save these secuirty Options would only be for Sign and Encrypt tit wouldnt be for the return Receipt

The "If R6 is like R5...." meant that maybe they changed how it works between versions.

In R5 it is for all of the options.
