automatic reset user sessions

Hello,
I have users running a few apps over citrix. The apps are run in seamless mode. My problem is that if someone closes out of the app and tries to reopen it they get an error saying that a seamless connection already exists. I have set it in the Prog Neghborhood settings so that it resets after 5 min but is there any way to do this anytime a user closes out a prog? sometimes it still shows them as active even though they have closed the prog. Also sometimes it does allow them to log back on because the session wasnt terminated and they basically just open the prog (connection already there)

Hi
I would try this :
1. On the Citrix Server Citrix Connection Configuration \ ica-tcp \advanced \on a broken or timed out connection set to RESET.
2. when user is having problem, get him to check the ICA Connection Center (little sqare ICA icon at the bottom taskbar on the right) If it is still there, get him to disconnect the Citrix session from there before trying the new connection.
The above steps should clear all connection from that user.
