automatic replies /Exchange 5.5

Dear all,

we have a mailbox shared by to users called xyz.recruitment@zyx.com. I would like to set that everyone mailing to this adress gets a standard answer reply. Can i (and if how) set that in exchange 5.5. I dont want to create a rule in the mailbox if possible.
