Automatic replace numbers

Newbie question -

I have a report that I would like to automatically replace all occurrences of the following:

From: .25 Replace with: .15
From: .30 Replace with: .30
From: .75 Replace with: .45

Is there an easy way to do this? I don't know code, so please explain in basic language.

Let's say the field containing the value is called Fraction. Create an unbound text box on the report, and set its Control Source to
=Switch([Fraction]=.25, .15, [Fraction]=.30, .30, [Fraction]=.75, .45)
