Automatic refresh and email reports 1

Is it possible to have a report automatically refresh and be emailed to a particular user on a recurring basis?

To answer your question, yes. Seagate Info can do all these things. All these options are set through the Schedule Dialogue Box, however, their availability is dependent on your individual permissions.

The scheduler is fairly intuitive, however, you may benefit from a class that famiarlizes users with the entire Seagate Info Desktop environment.

Only Seagate Info and not Crystal reports(in other words, I'm trying to save on the $$$)???

Think of Crystal Reports as you would of Word or Excel. Its a standalone application that creates files in its own propietary format. It doesn't do anything else.

In order for you to do any of the tasks mentioned above, you need some product, whether its Seagate Info or any of the Third-party products that are available.

I found recrystallize earlier, but thanks a million for the other links!! I'll give them a shot.
