automatic re-sizing

Hi,

I'm new to Flash. Can anyone tell me why when I play around with the size of the browser on flash made sites, the content automatically resizes - yet when I produce a movie and do the same, it just stays the same?

I would assume that the html size is set to 100% by 100%...this would cause the automatic resizing in the browser windows.

During the publishing mode...(File/publish settings)... you would select the flash tab. there you would specify whatever types of files you would like Flash to create for you. The most common would be HTML and swf.

after selecting the HTML checkbox you would click on the HTML tab that is now available and specify movie size to be 100% x 100%.

Your movie will now resize to any users browser size. Ya' Gotta Love It!
