what do I need to put on an asp page (I assume it will go in the meta tag) to have it process automatically, without any triggering by a user or admin?

I think you can do this be refreshing the page automaticaly:
this should be in the meta tag
<META HTTP-EQUIV=&quot;Refresh&quot; Content=&quot;30;
URL=http://wdvl.com/Authoring/HTML/Head/meta.html&quot;;>

where 30 = refresh each 30 sec

Thanks.
Do you mind explaining please, what's in the URL and what should be in mine?
