Hi,

I would like to know is there any software or hardware which are able to link to Nortel system to generate automatic page message such as time trigger every hour. And, how to do this?

Yes. Companies such as Valcom and Viking (i.e. Viking CTG-1) make this type of product (time controlled announcers) that integrate with a paging system, which will integrate with your norstar. As for how: You would need to call a Nortel vendor in your area, tell him what you are trying to accomplish, and then they could recommend various solutions.
