automatic page updates..

If I have a reference to a page in a paragraph - for example "see page 14 for details" and then I insert a page before page 14, so it therefore becomes page 15, is there any way I can make the "see page 14..." section update automatically. Im not being lazy - but I potentially have tens of these references and could do with a shortcut.
