Automatic off-hook

I have a customer complaining that one of his extensions goes off-hook automatically. Does anyone know there exists a shortcode to enable/disable this or is this a known issue ? He's running 2.1(27) and using a 6408.

Try hitting MENU then the HFAns button off. That will turn off auto hands free on intercom feature. That is what I think your problem is.
