Automatic Night Service / Special Days

I'm wondering if the Hipath Manager E is either missing something or am i just missing what section of the software to use to achieve what i want; it is more than likely the latter.

I have set up Automatic Night Service perfectly for a normal 7 day working week for us. Which is anything outside of;

Sunday 10:00 - 17:00
Monday 09:00 - 18:00
Tuesday 09:00 - 18:00
Wednesday 09:00 - 18:00
Thursday 09:00 - 19:00
Friday 09:00 - 18:00
Saturday 09:00am - 17:30

Now i have Bank Holidays, which i think i will set up in the 'Special Days' column; as all of those will be on Night Service mode for anything outside of 10:00 - 17:00. Now i am left with the random days which my store is closed, such as Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.

The problem i have is Manager E only allows me to set up one type of Special Days. By setting the 10:00 - 17:00 and then going onto the next part of the Manager E software and listing all of those 'Special Days' using the calendar.

Does anyone know of a way to set up more than one type of Special Day?

There is only one special day. You could put a night service key on up to 5 phones, set in Man E under authorised night stations, so staff can manually switch it off as required.

So the Night Serice programmed button on the Openstage will over ride the automatic settings whilst activated; and then it will default to the automatic settings once the programmed button is released?
