After installing service pack 1 in my 2003 sbs, on booting up windows,in the log on screen after pressing ctrl+alt+del it logs on automatically.it doesn´t ask for username or password and it enters with the administrator group account.

I don´t even have to tell you how dangerous is this situation. At this point anybody can access the server.

Gladly accept suggestions/solutions.

I would go in and disable this asap.

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon registry subkey and see if there's an AutoAdminLogon entry there. If so, set it to 0. If there isn't, I'd still create one and set it to 0.

Let us know if it still happens after changing that setting.

Does the same thing happen if you Lock/Unlock the Server.

What you can do is Lock the machine as well as locking the room its in until you can this figured out.

I applied SP1 and have never seen this.
