automatic logon VPN using Windows 98?

Is there a way to configure DUN in windows 98 to configure it to automatically logon/connect to VPN when you boot the machine? if so, how?
We are trying to set up our users so that when they boot their computer, they are connected automatically to the VPN network and that they don't have to logon or be prompted by windows...
