Automatic Log in to Agent Group 1

Hi,

There is a way to dont get log in automaticaly when accessing WebUI? For exemple: A supervisor that dont want to take calls but need the possibility to do it as a backup of agents.

If you are using profiles it's under the profile Privileges, otherwise it's on the agents.

Privileges needs to be User-Defined, the templates have this enabled and it can't be changed.
