I am responsible for a multi-user machine on which Norton Internet Security 2006 is installed (Win XP SP2). It is not a highly used machine and therefore remains at the login screen much of the day -- that is, the screen on which the various user names appear.
I am finding that automatic live update turns itself off very often. I turn it back on manually and the next day it's off again. Could this be because an administrative user is not always logged in when it's time to check the LU server? If so, what can be done to keep automatic LU turned on all the time? Any other solutions would be appreciated.
