I have a acs release 6 system, it was just reprogrammed using remote administrator. Everything works great except……..when a call is received on extension 10 the line button has to be pushed to see caller id and answer. This is a 18d phone, all the other 18d phones answer (go to on pick up) the line that is ringing. Automatic line selector is the same on all phones, line 2, line 1, line 3, intercom.
