We have an issue for our PBX Automatic Line Access and Operator Dial Number. We have installed Panasonic KX-TDA100 before and found, Dial (9) for Automatic Line Access and dial (0) for operator which this is the standard. So we installed another unit for our office, and found we need to Dial (0) for Automatic Line Access and dial (9)
How can we change the dial number to the standard?
PBX Model: Panasonic KX-TDA100
Programming Software: PBXUnified Ver. 5.0.1.4
Cards Installed
1. MPR (FACTORY INSTALLED)
2. LCOT 8
3. SLC16
4. DLC16
5. CTI-LINK
6. IP-GW4E
