Automatic Incoming Call Recording

I have a MICS with a Call Pilot 150 that has to skillsets. What needs to be done to be able to automatically record all calls into the skillset in order for supervisors to review them?

This can be acheived using 3rd party software, such as Algo

There is a company called Telstrat that makes this for Nortel equipment.
