Automatic greeting

I wonder, if there is a function, when agent answers a call to play same greeting for a few seconds until conversation begins?

it depends on wether you want the caller to hear the greeting or the agent:

a VDN of origin announcement can be made so the agent can hear what type of call is coming in.
If you want the caller to hear a greeting, just use an announcement in your vector just before queue to skill.
(in newer CM version, you can use the VDN-variable for this)
