How do I automatically have e-mails forwarded from one account to another? For example, I want all e-mails designated for sales@domain.com to automatically go to the inbox for me@domain.com.
Go into the user properties (Microsoft Exchange Administrator). Click on "Delivery Options" and under "Alternate Recipient" choose the one other than "none" and then click on "modify" and then choose the destination mailbox. Remember the destination mailbox should be unhidden for you to see it.
