i am 90% finished developing an ass-kicking CRUD system. happy to let you test it when the time comes (most likely a week or so away - but i've been saying that for a month).
if you can't wait then search google for php mysql CRUD (Create Retrieve Update Delete).
as a starter ensure you have PEAR installed and then overlay the quickform package. I love this for its simplicity and power and now use it on all my installations.
