automatic export 2 excel?

I write reports within Crystal 8.5; but the majority of people that runn the reports receive them with crystalwrap.exe, which will not let them export the information to another application. Is there a way to set up the report to automatically export the information to an excel file when they run the report? I have heard rumors to this effect; but nothing conrete...

any help would be appreciated...

I've never heard of crystalwrap, it sounds like an in-house developed application.

This is a Crystal Enterprise forum, within CE 8.5 you can select the format of a scheduled report to be Excel, and you can also select the default view for any user to be Excel.

i am sorry - i did not mean to ask this in the wrong forum...
FYI: Crystalwrap is a function that came with our scheduling software that enables end users to view run/view crystal reports without actually having crystal on their systems...
