Hi everyone,

I got an .mdb file I'd like to execute automatically on a daily basis (e.g. using Windows scheduler).

After executing the file I have to provide username and password as well as confirm an "OK" button in order for the mdb file's procedures to run.

Is it possible ? How ?

Best Regards
Thomas

Hi PHV,

that's almost it. Thanks a lot.
But one problem still remains:

How can I simulate pressing <Enter> in order to get rid of the OK Button that pops-up everytime I log in to the mbd ...

Couldn't make this out from reading the infos under the link you provided ...

Best Regards
Thomas

I managed to get rid of the annoying OK box but now another problem is showing up:

The automatic execution is working perfectly but after that, the mdb file remains opened. Is there any way to automatically quit/close it after execution ?

Regards
Thomas

If you are running an autoexec macro, add a line "Quit" at the end. If using VBA, docmd.quit
