Hello,
I am using GroupWise 6 and need to set up an automatic email that goes out to about 10 people on the 24th of each month that says "Please remember to submit your corporate card payment by tomorrow". Can this be done? I'm new at using Groupwise. Thanks

You can delay the deliver of a single message with in GroupWise, but there isn't a feature that will send out reoccurring messages at a set interval.

You can try looking for thrid party software to do this. Not sure if there is one for GroupWise, but pretty sure you can find out that will bounce messages off of your GWIA (SMTP gateway).

hi

i use a product called techscheduler it is 50 dollars and will send email using mapi or smtp. I use smpt and do the same thing to send emails to remind people to do different tasks. tech scheduler will run on any microsoft platform

Most OS's have this ability built in (you need to install the SMTP service in Windows' case). If you want to send from the server, look for "sendnlm.nlm". You can use it with a cron job to send email.
