Automatic Email Notification??

I have a form (Data Entry Form) that service center individuals fill out for each service request that they receive during the day. The fields on the form include Request #, Date, Technician Assigned, etc. Here is what I need - when a new entry is populated and the form is closed, the database should generate an email to the Technician Assigned with the Request # in the subject line.


This probably sounds pretty simple to you guys, but its been driving me insane. Please help.

What about the DoCmd.SendObject method ?
