Automatic email ledger balance to parties/customers

Dear All

I have developed a application in vf6, OS Win2003 Server and sql 2000 at back end. Application can send email ledgers to parties by using outlook 6.

My customer require that to automatically send ledgers to parties when balance amount reach on a certain limit. i.e. if the ledger balance is USD 500, and it is due on for example 25/05/2005 it automatically send email to parties 2 days before (23/05/2005) to remind them outstanding balance.

How it can be, to automatically send email or automatically send email on a certain time and date .

pls expedite.....

Creating a timer in your application, you could check every so often whether emails need to be sent. As for sending the emails, have a look at the following thread:
