Automatic e-mailing with GW

Does anyone knows a way to send e-mails with GroupWise on automatic base? This has to do with measuring the performance of our mailsystem. I want to setup e-mails and send them to the server, but I don't want to do this all day long by typing e-mails. So, I'm thinking of developing kind of automatic way to do this.
Can anyone help me out?

You could use rules and 2 users. Make a rule if from user1 reply without including original message. User2 has same kind of rule to reply to user1. be careful though, it can generate alot of traffic very quickly. You could add attachments for a different load.
