You can use 3rd party tools for that task.
One of them is MAILIT from my NUTS collection:
This web site is currently down for some reason, and will probably come up next week again, but you can post here your email address and I send you this file, or search the net for other mail utilities.
When using any SMTP mailer program, you must set the Exchange server to allow relay of messages coming from the internal network ip range. You can post a specific question about this in the relevant Exchange forum for your version or see the Exchange documentation.
