Hi, can you help? I've searced the forum but can't quite find what I'm looking for.

I want an automatic reminder or just an e-mail with static text to be sent to a static e-mail address when the date in a date field in our database passes or comes within a specific number of days of today's date?

Do I use the @Mailsend function and how?

Any help would be gratefully recieved. Thanks in advance

The easiest thing to do is make a hidden view with the date check in the SELECT criteria.
Then all you have to do is make an agent that runs daily at 5 A.M. and sends off an email or a newsletter.

If you can't make a view, you're looking for a much longer coding session in LotusScript. Are you familiar with that ?

Pascal.

I've got nothing to hide, and I'd very much like to keep that away from prying eyes.

Thanks for that Pascal. The view option is my best option. Would you use formula language in the agent and if so do you have an example of how it would look? Thanks very much
