automatic download of file

When you have your download location set up, add this into this Registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions
NoSelectDownloadDir (Dword) Prevents user from being able to select download folder by not displaying the Save As dialog box when a file is downloaded.
set the value to 0 (Zero) and it doesn't prompt you, it just downloads to the previously specified folder
