Automatic DN's

Problems with Automatic DN registration? The set registration code is ***, the prefix is set as 59 and the range is set to 001 to 120 so the numbers would be 59001 to 59120. When we try to register the phone, nothing happens, any ideas?

Says you just enter the set registration code and then it depends on what phone type but most would be press the superkey but could be hold or OK key to auto register. Press * on bbotup to make sure any pin already in is cleared. I assume you are getting the pin message on the phone?

I've had this working without issues for a while but I can't remember an issue such as yours.

Best guess is you havent set up COS 101 properly

do you have a cluster configured and is the Ip address set on the IPXNET pabx entry for the local pabx and is it set to local = yes
