Automatic Disclaimer for Incoming Calls

I have a customer that have a BCM400 the customer is a bank and is using call recording... The BCM have IP phones and T1 circuit They don't use auto attendant what the customer want is when a call come in to a user they need a disclimer to player " your call me be recorded for quality assurance" is there any divice that me we can use to do this. This message need to be play on all DID calls before it reach the user phone.

Can't use the Mbox w outbound transfer, cuz that would be a loop (unless 2 tels per desk). Can't use AA, cuz callers would have to enter a DN#. No way without fancy Call Recording hardware.

Telemate is a call accounting software I don't need a call accounting software...
 
Maybe I sent the wrong link, but I believe they do both.

How many DID's are they using? If less then 99 the easier way is to create a table per did with a company greeting that will say that the call can be recorded ,then assign the attendant of each table to each individual extensions.You can create different menu node, use the one that fits your needs.
The other way is to do it with the call center but you will need one skillset license per did.
 
Is the bcm450 an option for you? Pretty sure it will support more then 99 tables.
 
Well if I can find another hardware that can do what i need then it would be good because i have another customer requesting the samething but this customer have a MITEL 3300ICP so i will pretty much be killing 2 birds with one stone.
Both of them are bank and they have a Voice recording on their system.
But the customer don't know they are bening recorded so that pose a legal issue.
