Need help, am I doing somthing weird? Here's my scenario:
Automatic Cover Sheet for Outbound FAX in SDN table seems to be a "My Call Pilot version" cover sheet. Very plain, no fields to modify.
Ok, so now when you are in Desktop Messaging (outlook), and you want to send a fax, you have the option to send or not to send a cover sheet.
When I select no, Call Pilot will still send the "My Call Pilot version" cover page.
When you I select yes, Cal Pilot wil send both the "My Call Pilot version" cover page and the Desktop Cover page that can be modified.
If I turn off the Automatic Cover Page in SDN table, then that means I no longer have a cover page for My Call Pilot when faxing, but the problem in Desktop Messaging is at least solved.
Any ideas?
