automatic closing of admin tools-help!!!!!!

everytime i open up a program in admin tools, it immediatly closes the program, like services, performace, etc. It also happens when i try and open the Task Manager.
Also there is something on my computer that causes packets to be going in and out, but know where the files are that are moving.
