Automatic Categorization

I'm new to SharePoint and I have a quick question:

How do I set up Automatic Categorization for my workspace?

Automatic categorization doesn't creat the taxonomy, just classifies artifacts according to your created categories. So, the question that you're asking is how to turn indexing on?
