Can we do a call forward key to a Cell phone on Norstar MISC-XC 3.0 v.11 with Star talk Flash v. 1.7
And How to program a call forward Key?
Can it be done without a key
Can it be automatic, example
1- from out side you dial the number 555 1212, it will auto dial Cell no 999 1212
2- from inside you dial ext 555, it will auto dial Cell 999 1212

External call forwarding on Norstar didn't come into being until release 4.1. using routing services.

You can only do an external callforward within the voice mail using a CCR path (transfer - external) with your current revisions of Norstar and Flash

External transfer in the voice mail is through CCR. Set up a path to dial an external number.

You must have Centrex (or equivelent) type lines that allow you to flash the line and transfer the call. Extact instructions and dial string codes are in the Flash setup and operation manual. You may want to bring in a professional to set it up.

When we try to dial, on C3060 it shows out of service
How can we re activate the companion system, and the sets?
How can we re activate message waiting indication on the consol?

calling an extension and transfer to external number is not going to happen in your release sw
- do ccr based as telemarv said
- or line redirect, if you want to redirect a specific(set) of CO lines

do u have the UTAM radio codes ...if not contact your vendor

message waiting - associate the extension to a mailbox usually 10, 100, 1000 ...is tied to the reception phone
