Automatic call display

I only have a coordinator guide for the ics system and I whant to turn on automatic call display for all calls .
currently we push F-811 and it works but I understand it can be automatic .
Any Help would be great

Are you on a MICS, or a CICS system, and what is your software version? With that info, we can help you.

To have the ID show, lines must be assigned to ring on the set, then go to Terminals and Sets, then Telco Features. Do a show, then show the lines you want caller ID for. Change to YES for Caller ID set.
The number will then pop up.

Does anyone know if it'll pop up when busy on one call?
