Automatic Call Display

Hello,

I'm using a Norstar CICS with 3 M7310 on it. I recently added the 3rd one and everything's working except that it didnt display the call information when its ringing. When we answer a call on this terminal, the call info displays.

How can I configure it so it displays call info while ringing? It only says that it is configurable by a technician but it doesnt say how in the manual.
