My client would like to know if there's a way for the switch to automatically disconnect a call after a predetermined amount of time (example: international morale calls). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
This feature is available with ACM1.3.1 software (R11). you can specify a time between 2 and 999 minutes in the COR form and calls from stations with this COR are dropped after the timer expires, or you can set the timer for specific trunks...
You need to upgrade to R11 or higher to use this...
