Automatic asistance 1

Hi all!

i create one automatic asistance and them the call go to 1 extension.The time of the call from go out of the automatic asistance to start the music on hold have 8 seconds.can i configure this time?Can i reduce this time with any command?thnx to all

Pd:the time of the record isnt long.

What system do you have? E.g. Voice 100/200/300 or OneBox / Messaging server or other system?
What is the s/w level of your PBX (MD110 / MX-One) and your voice mail system?

I have a bp 250 with MFU and VMU-hd.can i reduce the time?
