What could be the cause of an automatic archive process not completing?
The user has it set to run every 14 days. It goes off whether online or offline. It gets half way through then stops, giving her the message an unexpected error occurred. Her archive file is 661 MB in size. I ran a scan (RIT) on it, no errors were found.
I tried to do a small test manual archive on her PC. The process completed without any errors, but nothing was moved into the archive folder I created and specified.
What am I missing?
