Automatic Adobe Acrobat Bookmarks?

Hi gang,

I am creating a report that is several hundred pages long and would love to be able to automatically have bookmarks created in Adobe Acrobat when the report is exported to PDF. I would want the bookmarks to be based on my top-level group. Can this be done? Any thoughts or suggestions would just make my day.

Crystal doesn't have such an option.
