Automated task in TSO/E ISPF

Hello,

please can you advise if it is possible for me to use COBOL to make ISPF from the initial screen go to SDSF find a specific job based on the time of submission and use XDC to send the job to a dataset then transfer the info to TXT file onto the users PC on the input of a command ?

IF so how do I start ?

I'm sure you could do it in Cobol, but I would think that a CLIST or a REXX exec would be a better method for this sort of thing.
