We are trying to set up security for our cubes, but have found that access manager has to be configured on each persons machine for the security to work. I was hoping to be able to automate this through a Macro, but have had no success.. any help would be appreciatted.

you have i think 2 options:
1. the access manager runtime configuration is stored in the registry, so you can do and export and import on another machine.
2. script the configuration manager with the *.ccp file. In this ccp file you anter all the access manager credentials.
