automated saving of files - from 12 to 11 1

Hello all,

I'm using a tryout DRAW 12 and I wonder if there is a way to do the following automated:

01) I have a folder with DRAW 11 files
02) I want to use the new DRAW 12 to somehow open this files
(01) and then automated to save them as DRAW verison 8
files (in the same folder or a separate folder I don't
care
03) The whole procedure should work unattended

I guess it is possible and pretty sipmle but I can't figure it out.
